After my initial training in France, this passion led me to work in various gourmet restaurants in St Tropez, Corsica, England, Tahiti and Saint Martin.
These wonderful experiences gave me the opportunity to extend my culinary skills offering a wide range of French, Mediterranean, Italian and of course traditional Caribbean Cuisine, prepared with the finest vegetables, fresh local sea food and high-quality meat strictly selected by myself.
